The ending of this episode just made Rydell Revelations even more disappointing. Suzu shouldn’t have been involved at least not of her own will and not in everything. She should’ve been in the dark about everything if they’re getting rid of plot holes. I can’t think of any episode where she had to be part of it. Even the locker mystery could’ve been her trying to figure out who opened the lockers and assuming it was Dion but not really knowing who it actually was. I really hate that they made her a bad guy too. How does this ending even correlate to Rydell Revelations? It’s just so disappointing and bad the way it came out. 🤦🏼♀️ Rydell Revelations should just disappear from existence. The conversations between Morrie and Suzu don’t make any sense with the overarching plot so it honestly drives me crazy that Phill Lolar just dismisses it.
Also, as far as who really should’ve been the locker opener, I think it should’ve been Morrie and Dion and maybe someone else. And Dion’s change of heart should’ve played into the Rydell saga since it’d have been so cool to have him come back and be like, Morrie did blah blah blah but there’s something else going on and ask Mr. Whittaker and Detective Polehaus for help. And have him apologize and testify against Morrie in court. They really should’ve tied him into the Novacom plot (yes, I’m one of those people 🤣)
Curious question: so I stopped reading clubhouse approximately a year or 2 ago shortly after the clubhouse where Morrie and Suzu walked up and said to Emily, “Emily Jones, we need to talk.” Did anything come from that? Does anybody still read clubhouse who could tell me? I didn’t want to pay for a subscription anymore and it was getting kinda boring and the Rydell plot was a big bust so I thought it wouldn’t be any different in the magazine. I’m still curious if anything actually came about in it tho.
